Submitting a Paper Application

1. Download & Complete the Form: Print the application form and ensure all sections are filled out legibly and signed.
2. Prepare Your Payment: A $35 application fee is required with each submission to cover your mandatory background and credit screenings. Please make your check or money order payable to The Property Shop. (Please do not send cash.)
3. Turn In Your Packet: Drop off or mail both the completed form and your payment together to our office at 100 S Summit Arkansas City, 67005.

Once your payment and paperwork have cleared our office, our team will initiate the verification process.
